My name is Brandon S. Dash, a proud Minneapolis local and graduate of the University of St. Thomas, where I earned my degree in International Business. Travel and cultural discovery has always been passions of mine. After studying abroad and gaining hands-on global experience, I returned to the Twin Cities to follow a calling rooted in connection, hospitality, and vibrant living. My journey in hospitality took me through some of the most dynamic spaces in the industry, culminating in a leadership role as a hotel Assistant General Manager. While I’ve always appreciated a great hotel stay, my heart aligns with the service philosophy and brand elegance of Marriott-style experiences—thoughtful, elevated, and memorable.

On the side, I drove for Uber Eats, a role that opened my eyes in unexpected ways. I have been to nearly every restaurant in the downtown areas of Minneapolis and St. Paul and got a realization that kindness to a delivery driver was often a good sign of how they’d treat you.

Valuing hospitality , I developed a feeling for the culinary pulse of the Twin Cities— kitchens ran efficiently, and a space where hospitality truly meant something. And that sparked the creation of PreGAME by Dash.With events in the Twin Cities and Postgames housed in Moment, a striking, design-forward space steps from U.S. Bank Stadium, the Armory, and the Target Center, PreGAME by Dash is a hub for like-minded locals and travelers. It’s not just an event—it’s the rendezvous before the moment. Consider it a pre-event gathering with style and soul, where new friendships form effortlessly and curated experiences unfold.
