Krish Subrahmanian-
Originally from Minnesota and the son of Indian immigrants, Dr. Krishnan Subrahmanian is a pediatrician, educator, military physician, and healthcare leader dedicated to improving the lives of children and families. He serves as a pediatrician at Hennepin Healthcare and as Chief Medical Officer of Hennepin Health, a county-owned Medicaid program that serves thousands of Minnesotans. He is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School and previously served as Chair of Admissions, helping select and mentor the next generation of physicians. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of medicine, public health, education, and community service.
Before becoming a physician, Krish taught high school special education, math, and science on the Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota. He continues to serve as a Flight Surgeon in the Minnesota Air National Guard and recently returned from a deployment to the Middle East. His experiences have taken him from tribal communities and safety-net health systems to international public health programs in Africa, all with a focus on expanding opportunity and improving health outcomes.
Krish’s career has been shaped by a belief that investing in people creates lasting change. Whether teaching in the classroom, caring for patients, mentoring students and young professionals, serving in the military, or coaching Little League, he has spent much of his life helping others learn, grow, and achieve their goals. He enjoys sharing lessons from his own unconventional path from teacher to physician, military officer, healthcare leader, and public servant.
He is the DFL-endorsed candidate for the Minnesota State Senate, representing Eden Prairie and Minnetonka.
Sushmeeta Jolly Nanda-
Sushmeeta Jolly Nanda is an entrepreneur, innovation strategist, and operational transformation leader. She is the founder and CEO of Altheia, an AI‑enabled health insights company, and the founder of Vikriti Management Consulting,established over a decade ago on the belief that "Change begins with people". Through Vikriti, she has supported large enterprises, public‑sector organizations, and early‑stage startups from idea to execution, from branding, operations, to strengthening capability, and accelerating innovation.
Jolly is recognized for unifying teams around clear strategy and long‑range roadmaps that drive measurable performance and scalable growth. Her experience includes technology and operational leadership roles at large organizations such as UHG, PwC, Deere along with innovative startups like SimonDelivers and Antsoftware.
She is also committed to mentorship for the next generation of leaders, serving on multiple for profit and non profit boards supporting innovation, inclusion and health.
Dr Nayak-
Originally from Odisha, India, Dr. Anita Nayak is a healthcare technology entrepreneur and business leader. She is the founder and CEO of ClinDCast, a Florida-based healthcare IT consulting and interoperability company specializing in healthcare digital transformation, system integration, AI-driven
healthcare solutions & patient-centered technology. Under her leadership, ClinDCast has supported healthcare organizations across the United States in improving operational healthcare connectivity and patient outcomes. Recognized for her contributions to healthcare innovation and leadership, Anita has been featured on multiple healthcare leadership platforms, business publications, podcasts, and technology events. She was recognized as a finalist for the prestigious "Women Who Win" awards, hosted by Tampa Bay Business & Wealth (TBBW), recognizing her impact as a business leader and innovator.
Beyond business, Anita is passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and
empowering future generations. She actively supports STEM education initiatives, mentors
young professionals, and advocates for women in technology and healthcare leadership.

Dr. Anupam Bapu Jena-
The epitome of Nextgen - Bapu has been to several OSA conventions growing up. He went to MIT where he double majored in economics and bilology. He then pursued a dual MD/Ph. D where he got his Ph. D in economics and specialized in internal medicine. Along with currently being professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School Massachusetts General Hospital, he is a Joseph P. Newhouse Professor of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School. He is also a faculty research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. As an economist and physician, Dr. Jena’s research involves several areas of health economics and policy including the use of natural experiments in health care, the economics of physician behavior and the physician workforce, medical malpractice, the economics of health care productivity, and the economics of medical innovation. He has been named in numerous publications, written several books including “Random Acts of Medicine: The Hidden Forces That Sway Doctors, Impact Patients, and Shape Our Health,” and is the host of Freakonomics, MD podcast.
Payal Parida-
Payal is a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher from the Chicago suburbs. After graduating from the University of Michigan with her BFA in Dance, Certification in Sales and Minor in Entrepreneurship she moved to Los Angeles to pursue dance full-time. Since moving in the summer of 2024 Payal has danced, choreographed and taught all across the country including performing at The Pritam Live Show at the Dolbey Theatre, The Ford and Downtown LA Union Station. Payal is a core company member of Blue13 Dance Company, the Managerial Director of RRB Dance Studio, on teaching/judging faculty for multiple dance conventions and consistently teaches all over the greater LA area. Her goal as an artist is to encourage for more South Asian representation in the industry and make a positive impact in the world through her love for dance.
